Description of problem: If you hover over an annotation on an observation (on the observation page or on the identify panel) with the value “Pupa” in the attribute “Life Stage”, regardless of whether you added that annotation or not, it shows the following text:

Step 1: go to https://inaturalist.ca/observations/identify?taxon_id=47157 or an observation page
Step 2: Add a “Life stage: Pupa” annotation to an observation, or look at an observation already annotated as “Pupa”
Step 3: Hover mouse over “pupa” for a couple seconds, and the text box should appear.
