As per “Webinar: How Your iNaturalist Data Makes a Difference for Biodiversity”, default licensing is ‘No license (all rights reserved)’, but as per the Android app it shows Default Licenses automatically selected. Is this a bug on the android app because I have not seen my observations being tagged with this default license (as shown on the app)?
what is the exact time code of the video from where you are getting this information?
what exactly are you referencing as “this”? all of your your observations and photos are licensed as CC BY right now. so i assume you made a specific choice to license them this way.

To the best of my knowledge, the default license on iNaturalist is CC BY-NC (Creative Commons, use with attribution, non-commercial use only). If that’s the default license you’re seeing, it’s not a bug. It sounds like the webinar presenters made a mistake. However, I have not watched it myself, so I can’t confirm.
