Copyright infringement button failing

Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.):

Step 1: Attempt to flag an observation as copyright infringement on the observation’s page

Step 2: Get an error pop-up

" Failed to save record. Please try again later.

  • Internal Server Error"

Step 3: Photo is not removed.

This has been persisting since at least noon PST, 28 March 2023. You can still flag a photo as copyright infringement from the photo’s information page.

As someone who often makes dozens of copyright flags in a day, this issue is really slowing down my workflow!
