URLs (aka web addresses) of any relevant observations or pages: Observation link removed by moderator but I am pretty sure its happened on any observation I’ve pondered flagging. I don’t consider it very often so I forgot I couldn’t do it.

I did crop the screenshot. Shouldn’t matter though.
Description of problem
I can’t flag observations for problems, as best I can determine. Attempting to search ‘can’t flag’ did not seem to bring up a similar post, though I might just have missed it.
Step 1: Go onto the page for an observation (preferably one that deserves flagging)
Step 2: Click ‘Flag as Inappropriate’
Step 3: Select appropriate flag type (which would be Other I forgot to change it before screenshotting. Doesn’t seem to matter)
Step 4: attempt to scroll down to finish reading the ‘for duplicate observations’ statement and be completely incapable of doing so, and also unable to find any way to submit the flag
In this case I think the observation is copyright? it looks like a screenshot of maggots off google. I might be wrong and it’s completely fine, but that’s separate to the fact I don’t think I can flag it incorrectly or correctly.
Ah, I should flag the photo instead… still a problem I can’t flag the observation if necessary, but I can - oh. can’t do that either, same issue.
I have tried doing this at different scroll levels, it doesn’t seem to matter. I can’t scroll once I open the flag menu, and it always opens at the same level where I can’t actually complete the flagging.
