Description of problem: This is an intermittent problem, and I can’t replicate it easily, so it may be difficult to diagnose. However, I have noticed it happening with some frequency recently, on various observations, so it seems worth highlighting.
Step 1: Click on the small downward arrow on the top right of an identification on the observation page and select “Withdraw” (as shown in screenshot).
Step 2: The identification is momentarily greyed out and a small spinning ring appears. However, within 2-3 seconds, the identification reverts to active.
Step 3: Adding a new identification appears to “stick”. Alternatively, after several attempts and page refreshes, the withdraw function works, but I can’t work out what explains when it works and when not.
