Do not display photos from inactive taxa in Computer Vision results

Platform(s), such as mobile, website, API, other: mobile, website

Description of need:
There have been a couple of bug reports of the same image appearing under multiple taxa in the Computer Vision results. This is apparently because when one taxon is merged with another, photos from the older, inactive taxon are still included in CV search results under the parent taxon, through the photo similarity feature.

For more details and screenshots, see these threads:

Feature request details:
The Computer Vision results (specifically the feature that displays the photo that is most similar to the submitted photo) should not include photos from inactivated taxa.

OK, this has been implemented. Tested it a bit on our test server, but it definitely could have some bugs, it’s not easy to test. I’ll leave this topic open over the weekend.
