Don't shift columns when an annotation is added/removed

Platform(s), such as mobile, website, API, other: Desktop

Description of need:
When annotating one observation after another, the sudden change from an unannotated observation to a partially annotated one is annoying. It also causes misclicks and takes up a little unnecessary time in searching for the new placement. It’s hard to notice when annotating one observation, but when annotating groups of observations, it’s like having to guess where the buttons are going to be.

Feature request details:
When an observation gets annotated, the entire Value column gets shifted to the left, regardless of text size. I’m suggesting that the Value column gets a fixed place. If text size is an issue, then all unannotated observations should have the Value column moved left, as if it’s annotated. If it’s not an issue, then I don’t really care where it goes, just make it the same place for all observations regardless of annotation.

Currently, it acts like this:

Before annotation

After annotation. Notice how much farther “Value” is from “Agree.”

I don’t have a preference for either one of these places, I just want them to be the same place.

One workaround is to use keyboard shortcuts. This is probably faster than clicking anyway.

Can’t speak for OP but while keyboard shortcuts are definitely way faster for mass annotating if I just stumble on a single observation on my dashboard/the explore page/whatever that I want to annotate I find it way faster to just click it and annotate then to go through the identify module.

When working on the Obs itself, I tend to click rom the bottom and work up. Do not get affected by the “wobble” so much.
