Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.): Irregularly, the Next app shows “Missing Date” in a list of my observations which were recently uploaded, but the date is displayed properly on the website. Even in the same batch upload, the “Missing Date” parameter shows up on some but not other observations. Perhaps the parameter is supposed to be indicating “Missing Time” but the deletion of time of observation is intentional in this type of upload of older observations.
Note: The images being uploaded are scans of 35mm slides and have only the scan date/time in the metadata.
Step 1: (Batch) Upload a set of scanned images with same location and date. Selection/correction of date requires going back in calendar to an earlier decade (1980’s in this example).
Step 2: (Batch) Manually delete time of day since the auto-fill time (= time of upload) is erroneous.
Step 3: Upload observations.
