I don’t know if this is a bug or perhaps a problem with how I made my project but when people join they are receiving error messages barring them from joining. Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong?

Looks like the date range is not formatted correctly:
The end date should match the format of the first field and it has to be in YYYY-MM-DD format. So if you wanted it to end on, say, February 22nd, 2024, it would read something like 2024-02-22. Note that if you don’t care about starting and ending times, you can just write the dates.
I’d also advise against the requirement for the alive or dead annotation. Most observations aren’t annotated, and it’s imossible to add an annotation via the iOS app. Unless you really need that annotation, I’d just remove it.
