Agreed. This was so frustrating to me and my kids… Now it’s happening again.
In addition to the comments above, resubmitting prior observations does not add to the data set created, in fact it it makes it less accurate by counting entries twice that would/should not be. Also, many times the saved photo is not sufficient to be identified in the app.
