Filter subscriptions to exclude certain users and casual grade observations

I has subscribed by place to several regions around my country and Indonesia is one of them. There significantly seemed to be some newly created accounts from this country which bombed casual observations (dozens obs per a short period). They flooded my home page and pushed away all other interesting and important obs so most of them were skipped unintentionally. I don’t want to unsubscribe from the region but I couldn’t do anything with this. I’d like to suggest one of these features,

  • Observation type selection in subscriptions
  • Specific user ignore/ban list in subscriptions

I like the idea of being able to combine the two subscription options (location/taxa), i.e. “Subscribe to taxon x in place y” (e.g. I’d like to subscribe to Lygaeinae in the United States).

this is already possible. you have to initiate such a subscription as a place subscription, and then you’ll be able select a taxon to go with that place.
