Flag observations from mobile apps

Platform(s), such as mobile, website, API, other: mobile, android

URLs (aka web addresses) of any pages, if relevant: N/a - android observation detail page

Description of need:
When viewing an observation users on Android can only flag observations as captive/cultivated - this blocks users on this platform from making more specific flags. Going to Web does not feel ideal for me while on my mobile device.

Feature request details:
I would change the “flag as captive or cultivated” option in the ellipses menu to “flag” then present options in a new modal with the full list of flags that should be available to all users. I know that adds an extra step, but will hopefully improve data quality when all users can flag data in consistent ways.

Android:

Web - mobile - URL … /observations/{observationId}

I can’t find an option to do actual flags (spam/inappropriate/etc), but in case you were referring as well to things like downvoting “Location/date is accurate”, “recent evidence of organism”, etc, that menu can be found by clicking on the research status (Casual/needs ID/RG)
