What might you consider a good forest therapy trail?

I like the Redwood Grove trail in [Henry Cowell State Park] (Santa Cruz County, CA) (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Henry_Cowell_Redwoods_State_Park) for its accessibility and tranquility. Best to go in the morning while it’s quiet

The trails at Tualitin Hills Nature Park in Beaverton, Oregon would serve as therapy trails for me because they are close enough that they can be walked frequently. Solitude is lovely but often requires a long drive.
