A few days ago I found a project about hummingbirds and flowers - or maybe nectaring birds in general. It said something like: the hummingbird is long gone, but you can take a photo of the flower it was feeding on. Now I wanted to look at it again and can’t find it. Does it ring a bell? Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you for your answers @pisum and @AdamWargon , but it was neither of those. Maybe it was about nectar feeding birds in general? In any case it was a traditional project about the visited flowers with an observation field for the bird.
By the way, there seems to be something wrong with the Puerto Rico Hummingbirds and Flowers Project, as it has a lot of fungi.
I started with “nectar plants” and am still looking but found this one (bees not birds) in which you might be interested along the way.

Got any more info? Was it regionally specific? Did it have a lot of observations or only a few?

There are a ton of projects that mention either hummingbirds, flowers, pollinators, etc.
We need some extra detail to find it.

This was the sentence I (sort of) remembered: Yet, the plant remains in the same spot and allow for a good picture. If you could identify the (humming)bird species that had visited the flowers, feel free to upload the image of the plant and write a note with the bird species in the corresponding Observation field. :-).
P.S. Most projects are about the pollinators, not the plants.
