How to add observation field?

I remember a place where you could add a new observation field to iNat, not as in to an observation, but a new one that others can add to observations. Can someone remind me where that is? Thanks!

inaturalist.org/observation_fields

You’ll see a button to make a new one at the bottom of the page.
