How to include multiple regions when searching for observations?

To put it simply, what if I want to see all observations of spiders in the United States and Canada? “United States and Canada” is not a searchable region on inaturalist. What do I do?

Is there a way to do this besides editing urls? I also want to exclude some places too, like removing Hawaii from the United States
