Now I want a page to only show Lepidoptera larva in this project, anyone could tell me how can I do?

If you do this: https://www.inaturalist.org/observations?place_id=any&project_id=bioxtbg&subview=table&taxon_id=47157&verifiable=any&term_id=1&term_value_id=6, you’ll get all the Lepidoptera observations that have a Life Stage Annotation (note that tags are something different) equal to Larva
