Description of problem:
Step 1: the page will not load I tried several times over a few hours and the green circle keeps spinning and the page will not load
Loads fine for me. Can you open up your browser’s console, try to load the page, and send us a screenshot of the console? This page has instructions for how to view the console for the most common browsers: https://support.airtable.com/hc/en-us/articles/232313848-How-to-open-the-developer-console
Being that you’re using Internet Explorer, I suspect the browser is probably the issue. Have you tried using other browsers?
