I was going through Identify in the Annotate tab and noticed the message in the title showing for all users. If I open an observation outside of Identify, I can edit the fields. I don’t think this normally happens. Don’t know what triggered it.
I’ve noticed and been meaning to flag a similar message to this I’ve seen in Identify, saying something like “observer does not allow observation fields”…
Then checking outside of the Identify interface in the observation itself… or flagging it with the observer themselves… and finding its not the case…
