On the Identify page when you click on a observation that only allow site curators to use observation field then you click the arrow to the next observation the next one will also have the same greyed out box. But if you click on a observation that lets you add field observations and click the arrow to an observation that doesn’t let you it says you can added stuff but it just loads for ages then disappears.
