When I am on my Identify page I encounter following behaviour:
Pressing on the last page number in the page number selector does not show a different batch of observations.
I dont know if the numbers are wrong or the webpage behaves wrong. The url does probably not show all search params I have by default. But here is one example:

I can’t answer your exact question, but if you want to identify in reverse order you can select “ascending” instead of the default “descending” on this page:

There’s a limit to how many records we can actually show in a search result, which I believe is around 10,000. So you’ll have to narrow things down by using other filters (date, taxa, etc) or re-order them as @sgene mentioned.
