This is a completely normal notification all over the world. It’s simply letting you know that the item was allowed to be exported from its country of origin is now in the hands of the domestic branch responsible for delivery. This notification is generally before customs at the destination country, so in certain cases you may get another notification telling you that it passed customs, or that it has been detained and more information is needed from you.
Basically, it’s peace-of-mind notification and is pretty straightforward.
