Just passed 60,000 IDs

Do they allow audio recording devices? You might be able to record clips of interest to get some observations, even if you can’t get pics.

I came back a couple a months ago and am not sure as I didn’t take one. But I did take in a smartphone and got these photos that, to me, look quite bad, but I guess they could have been worse.

Quite the jump… I passed 50,000 observations! (and passed 10,000 identifications too!)

I reached my year-end goal by recording my 2,000th species of bird and my 10,000th species overall today. In total, I documented 5,352 species since 1 January 2025 and I still have 20 days worth of photos from Colombia and Vietnam to process.
