Congrats @That_Bug_Guy !!!
Thank you! That’s years of work you’re looking at :)
I just passed 3000 observations of 1248 species. I passed 10k IDs without noticing as well.
I’ve got a backlog of observations to sort out and I need to come up with a better system I think as quite a few get forgotten.
That’s amazing! Thank you for all the help you’ve given me with my observations!
Amazing!
Gotta know, did you intentionally look for an observation by tiwane (or another iNat staffer) to be your crowning achievement, or was that just a fun coincidence?
Oh yeah, that was on purpose lol :)
Teeny tiny numbers in comparison, but I just noticed I hit 1500 ID’s. Reading everyones else’s posts is an inspiration! @That_Bug_Guy now I know why I see your name so frequently on my obs and on IDs I am doing for others! Wow!!!
Every little bit counts.
that’s amazing!
That is fun, and now I have a new goal! (Currently at 1553)
I hit both the 1000 observations mark and the 2000 observations mark this year!!

I noticed that as of the weekend, I now have more orchid observations, and found more orchid species, than anyone else in Austria. Not really sure it’s a good achievement, I just have nothing else to do in my free time than go looking for orchids ![]()
In Europe I’m place 6 with observations and place 4 with species. In all of inaturalist I’m place 8 with observations and only place 51 with species - I have 200 species, someone saw over 700 just in Australia alone. Eventually I’ll need to visit Australia!
@isopodguy And nearly 80,000 IDs! Thank you for your service!
