Description of problem: When I hit the “compare” button while on a Box turtle (Terrapene sp.) observation, it gives me the above error. After clearing the error, nothing loads in the comparison area, but if you go back to the subfamily or into a different genus, everything appears as normal.
It’s happened before, but I thought it was a one-time thing. I usually ID from the identify tab, not on the observation itself, so that’s why I probably haven’t noticed it until now. It has not occurred with any other genera, or at least the ones I usually deal with.
