The main picture of this fish is not valid. If you look at the actually sighting: https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/262871688 you find out that is actually a different grouper.
Why is this image showing as an example if it is not valid?
If you go to that taxon page – click Curation – then click Edit photos. You can change it.
That picture was initially at the ‘right’ ID, but has since been corrected – someone who notices it is now wrong, can correct it.
Your choices however are thin. 2 pictures of dead fish. The artwork is from Wikimedia Commons not an iNat obs. And that caption says australis, so also the wrong sp ? More digging – australis is a synonym. Tick
From that thread iNat should be automatically removing pictures like the fish obs that started this thread. Or was that under discussion but never happened ?
