Did you send a sample of this mushroom for DNA identification?
it is not AI. based off the other fields you yourself have added to that observation, it seems you submitted this specimen for DNA barcoding. that notification is telling you someone else added an observation field to your obs. i believe that observation field is telling you the placeholder name for the undescribed species your specimen matched with, but maybe someone more familiar with fungus barcoding can correct me
