I've made a small flyer that can be handed out by ambassadors at events/gatherings

I hope this is okay for me to post! I’ve made this quarter-page flyer for my own table at an upcoming event (ambassador program). The art is all my own and folks can feel free to use it how ever they like for their own events, including alterations and such (cc by-nc), attribution to my inat username is appreciated (mako35).

Thank you! I’m not officially an ambassador, but I do tell people about iNat. Your flyer will be an easy way to get them “in the door.”

Thank you. This is beautiful and fun. I remember some other people have shared things as well. I wonder if iNaturalist can gather things like this that are made by others and create a space for them in our ambassador resource section so we don’t have to try and find them later out here when we need them. I would like to use this, so thank yo for sharing.

Where did you get the QR Code that you used in these wonderful flyers? I’m hoping to make a few things, but I can’t figure out where to get the code, without resorting to a low-res screen grab from various other iNat materials.

You can make a QR code easily from most browsers. Just go to the site of your choice, click the dots (or whatever), then the option for creating a QR code is usually around the SHARE button.

Here it is on Chrome:
Cast, Save, and Share —> Create QR Code

Here it is on Edge:
Right Click on a blank part of the page —> Create QR Code for this page

In both cases you can save or download the QR Code to your device. I’m sure other browsers have similar methods.

The QR code has been provided in the resources page for ambassadors.
