‘Last Edited’ Section for Observation Fields isn't Appearing

Description of problem:

I noticed on an observation that I had added the ‘Interaction->Preyed on:’ field that someone had edited it. When I click on it, I noticed that the ‘Last Edited’ section, wasn’t there.

I decided to test it out on another observation, editing this observation field (which was originally at unknown) and it also doesn’t appear:

I can replicate, I made an issue.
