When I try to filter observations on location and select my home province Friesland, NL, it filters on a group of farms called Friesland in another province (Gelderland, NL).

Rather than typing into that box, click the filters button, and on the form that comes up then more filters, and enter it in the box at the bottom left.
I wont go into the technical details, but the site has 2 different lists of places which come from 2 different sources. The one I direct you to above is generally a cleaner list.
