Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.):
On observation page location shows up in arctic ocean despite location name being in oklahoma, and the observation clearly not being from the arctic
On map view of all of the users observations that observation doesn’t show up in the arctic, in fact hovering over it does not display any location

there is no bug here; the locality notes can be set independently of the coordinates. This is a case where the observer mistakenly placed the coordinates far from where they should be. In examples like this, please leave a comment directly on the observation asking them to amend the coordinates. In the meantime, you can downvote ‘location is accurate’ in the DQA (but remember to remove your vote if/when they fix the coordinates)
