URLs: Moderation History page for each user, which is visible to Curators (example from test account)
Description of need: Links to observations, messages, flags, and other places are often included in the body of a note added to the Moderation History section. It’s useful to be able to quickly click on these links rather than select/right click or copy/open tab/paste the link to open the page.
Feature request details: Make links and usernames automatically clickable in the “Body” section on the Moderation History page. I am proposing they be clickable by default, like in flags (example) and not require HTML or Markdown to make them clickable.
