I was wondering if we could get a clear legend for the overlays on species maps. Some states and counties show up as green ( I assume that means the species has been recorded there) but then others are orange ( historical records? ) and then sometimes there are observations but the county isn’t colored on the map at all? in some cases there is a range overlay on top of that in pink. Is there a way to include a legend as to what these colors represent

Orange colour means it is on a checklist for that place but has no iNat records. For example, on this species map Canada and the US are recorded in orange as the species is (correctly as it has been rarely reported in both) on the respective checklist, but no iNat records exist.
Pink is a iNat specific range definition that has been defined for a species, that does not have to follow political boundaries.
