Missing species, cannot find curation menu

I’m very new to iNaturalist and this forum, so please bear with me if I’ve missed something.

I’m trying to add a missing species to iNaturalist by following the instructions listed on the help page.

When I search the parent taxon on the iNaturalist website for the missing species, and click on its “about” page, I cannot find the mentioned curation menu or “Flag for curation” button that is supposed to be under the graphs.

Below are images of the instructions from the help page and the genus page. (The missing species is panaeolopsis nirimbii)

You need to be logged in – that way iNat knows who to put as the author of the flag.
