Missing text in pop up error box when adding an observation to a project

Description of problem: When trying to add an observation to a project and it can’t be added (because of user or projects restrictions), the error pop up box appears, but it only says ‘[object Object].’

Same thing happened when I tried to add an ID to a tab that had timed out.
