I can’t upload anything, the application gets stuck on the ‘Creating observation’ pop up.

I have a similar problem, from the app installed on Android 9, samsung galaxy S8, I can’t upload the observations anymore (since yesterday, the previous use without problem going back to 7 days), the app doesn’t propose identifications anymore, like if it was disconnected. Also via the Play Store the update of the app does not work (“pending”… endless). app version 1.21.17

@pops34 I suspect this is a separate bug, since you’re using Android. What we need are screenshots of what you’re seeing, and log files from the app.

To send log files, go to the About tab in the app and tap three times on the version number. You will then have the option to email the log files to us.
