Neither seek nor iNaturalist in the playstore

A friend of mine wants to download seek or iNaturalist, but neither shows up in his play store … his phone is running on Android 4.4.4 in case that helps.

Both Seek and iNaturalist are only available for devices running Android 6 or above.
