iNaturalist won't install in my Android Ver 11 phone

Step 1: Google Play

Step 2: Type iNaturalist for Android

Step 3: Choose iNaturalist

Step 4: Click ‘Install’

iNaturalist won’t install on my Android version 11 phone.

When I click ‘Install’ it looks like it is going to install but just pops back to ‘Install’.

I already have the ‘Seek by inatmuralist’ app on my phone. Could that by why? If so, how to I install the iNaturalist app? How do I them transfer my data from Seek to iNaturalist? (I’d hate to lose all my observation photos!)

You’ll probably have to contact Google or your device’s manufacturer about the installation problems.

No, that shouldn’t affect anything.

You can’t post existing Seek observations to iNaturalist. See more in the Seek User Guide at inaturalist.org/seek

I figured it out! I had to clear and empty the cache for Google Play Store. iNaturalist loaded without a problem! :grin:
