Description of problem: Were there any recent changes or known bugs regarding adding observations to traditional projects? Previously (before a few days ago), adding an observation to a project it’s already in would give an error message, something like “observation is already in that project.” As of today, the error message isn’t popping up, so if you type in a project name and add it, it just doesn’t do anything or notify you that it’s already added.
Step 1: Add your observation to a traditional project on the observation page.
Step 2: Try adding the existing observation to the project again.
