No, but you can obscure or hide the location.

If by looking into it, you mean adding the capacity to do ‘invisible’ records only you can see, the site has addressed this question before and will not be implementing this. It is not in line with their view of the community orientation of the site.

Oh, yeah, I read your message wrong way, iNat is a platform to share observations and info about biodiversity, it’s not for a personal storage or something like that, data here is used by scientists.
