Not able to scroll down at the very bottom of my list of species observations

appears on the website, i’m not able to go to the bottom of my observated species

also some species shows as “unknown”.

step 1: search for the species i’ve observed. Step 2: filter “only plants”, step 3, scroll down.

It works like normal for me, loading more each time I get to the bottom of the page.
Do you only get the first set of observations, or does it sometimes load more?

Oh, I should have looked closer at your screenshot – you mean it scrolls for a while and then stops loading. This is intentional, the page only loads up to 1000 species.
For me, I don’t see the loading arrows when I get down to 1000 though.

iNaturalist does intentionally limit the number of species that you can scroll through, as @pisum described. In general, filtering down to a smaller number of species (e.g. taxonomically) is recommended whenever you’re running up against iNat’s limits for performance purposes.

So if you want to use the iNat interface, the recommendation is to filter to a smaller taxonomic group. However, you can also use a third-party tool, e.g. pisum’s or kildor’s.
