Number of observations in "top observers" tab of explore different than in "your observations"

I just noticed that when I look at my number of observations listed in the “observers” tab in an unfiltered explore page it is different than the number in my “your observations” page.

I just checked the explore page and the number is up to 8,378. Maybe it’s just a delay?

The Explore page excludes casual grade observations by default, so you have to go to Filters>uncheck the Verifiable box. The Explore page is being redesigned at some point, so this should hopefully be more apparent soon. https://www.inaturalist.org/observations?place_id=any&subview=grid&verifiable=any&view=observers
