Obscuration for a rediscovered species in danger - lost since 39 years?

I would like to draw your attention to a case that deserves that the exact locality be obscured immediately: The species Zygaena theryi was rediscovered last year after probably 39 years. My determination has now been confirmed by e-mail from the zygaenologist A. Hoffmann. This occurrence is in danger of extinction with absolute certainty and the exact location should therefore be obscured immediately. I have already written to the observer directly and asked for an obscuration, but I don’t know if he will react quickly enough. Is an obscuration possible?
Best regards
