The website shows it on the edge of the obscuring rectangle, but the app shows it outside.

if the display of the points is off in the Android app, i wonder if the input of points (by tapping at a point on the map) is also off?

i looked at this a little more today, and what i see if i zoom in a lot in the Android app is that eventually the blue circle will fall inside the boundary of the blue obscure box. if i compare against the webpage, it looks like the box is aligned exactly the same against the basemap in Android vs web. but it looks like the circle is shifted in the Android app vs the web app, as if the coordinates correspond to the bottom of the circle in Android, as opposed to the center of the circle in the webpage.
