Observation marked as captive is Research Grade

I have been identifying many observations of plants in my local area and have marked ones that were planted as captive/cultivated. However, Symphyotrichum oblongifolium (Aromatic Aster) from Green-Wood, New York, NY, US on November 5, 2023 at 12:47 PM by Jason Huettner · iNaturalist is being marked as Research Grade even though I have explicitly marked it as not wild.
Is this some form of glitch or bug in the system? I have never encountered this in over 100000 observations that I have reviewed.

yes, probably just a temporary glitch, which happens on occasion - looks like it’s Casual now
