Observation not appearing in search project

This observation is in Singapore but it does not get included in the Butterflies of Singapore project.

That observation is in the project as it should be (see https://www.inaturalist.org/observations?place_id=any&project_id=butterflies-of-singapore&subview=grid&taxon_id=149734&user_id=charlottetay&verifiable=any)

When viewing other users’ observations, the projects tab will not show you collection projects that the observation is a part of (that info will only appear to the user).

However, as far as I understand, this only applies to collection projects that don’t require you to be a member of the project for your observations to be included; I’m not certain about this caveat, but it’s my educated guess given the ‘BL 5131 2020’ project you can see on that observation is also a collection project, but it has the ‘project members only’ filter.
