@theresephillips does this happen for all observations or just some? Does signing out and signing back in again fix the problem?

Just some. I never tried signing out and back in which I will try next time but I do close the app which sometimes helps. It happens from time to time.

K, it would be useful to know if it always happens with certain observations and if so, what the URLs of those observations are.
