Observation still research grade despite DQA votes for inaccurate date

Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.):

Step 1: Notice that the observed date of an observation is 7 years later than the submitted date. Notice also that it is a very late record for the species/year/location.

Step 2: Mark the observation as having an inaccurate date (and notice that another user has previously done the same).

Step 3: Notice that the observation is still research grade.

Seems to be just an indexing delay/error. I added an ID, then deleted it - now “casual.”

We must have just crossed paths. It was still RG when I got to it.

Thanks! I figured it might be an indexing error. I tried adding and removing the date and location DQA votes but it didn’t help. I hadn’t thought to add and remove an ID.
