Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.):
Step 1: View observation (I found it using the explore page, but using the url doesn’t seem to change anything)
Step 2: Notice that the observation isn’t RG and lacks “ID supported by two or more” despite having 3 agreeing IDs to species and no ID disagreement, and no downvotes in the DQA. I’ve encountered at least one other observation like this while IDing before but it was someone else’s and I can’t relocate it.
