Observation time stamp incorrect (browser on PC)

Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.): date & time stamp are incorrect on observation main page, but when I go in to edit, it is correct. Since I find my photos in my personal database by date, I need to have accurate information reflected in the observation page.

Strange - on our test server, which refreshed every Saturday, it’s displaying correctly. You didn’t edit it at all, correct? And do you notice any other observations of yours with this issue?

I did not edit it. I checked the metadata in Lightroom and the information within the edit module is the correct info.
And yes, I have had this happen a few times recently, not being able to find a photo by date listed on main obs page, but did find it by my tagging system. Never thought the info showing might have been incorrect until I went into edit.
I will say that even deleting the cache, cookies, etc, Chrome does not refresh edited info promptly on iNat. Buggy.
